    Ministers discuss with Karunanidhi

    The long running issue between Sri Lanka and Tamilians has reached the peaks in the recent times.It is known for the DMK party to have warned UPA to give support to the statement of International Human rights on the problems of Tamilians in Srilanka, else would withdraw its support to the UPA govt.

    Senior Cong leaders and central Ministers AK Antony, Chidambaram and Gulamnabi Azad have met for the latest with DMK President Karunanidhi to carry out discussions. The Central Ministers meeting at Karunanidhi's residence has become a topic discussion now. Azad after the meet said that they would discuss with the Prime Minister about the attacks happening on Tamilians in Sri Lanka.

    Karunanidhi has given a deadline to UPA for solving the issue. He stated that their continuation of alliance would be on stake if their demands are not fulfilled. They had warned again that if the amendments are not made to the statement to be made by America at the Human Rights council, then DMK would withdraw its support from UPA govt.
