TRS novel protest against arrests

Hyderabad, March 22: The TRS legislator adopted a novel way to express their strong protest over the alleged indiscriminate arrest of T supporters including TJAC leaders in connection with the Sadak Bandh programme on Thursday.

Attired in black T-shirts and wearing pink coloured kanduvas, the TRS legislators assembled at the Tank Bund cross roads and submitted a memorandum to the statue of Babasaheb B. R. Ambedkar condemning the arrests of T supporters.

Later they marched in procession from Tank Bund to the Asssmebly, where they even in the House staged a vociferous protest and forced its adjournment.
