Anil Kapoor-Sonam Kapoor To Come Together For 'Bombay Talkies' Song

Ever since Anil Kapoor's daughter Sonam Kapoor made her acting debut with Saawariya, there had been questions about when would she share screen space with doting daddy Anil and indeed, there had been many hoaxes and false alarms about the two coming together for a movie.

However, now, it seems that the father-daughter duo have finally decided to share screen space…not for a film, but for a special song to be shot for upcoming film Bombay Talkies. The collection of four short films, which celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema, will have a special song, which will feature many Bollywood actors apart from Anil and Sonam. The song has been choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant and the four short films have been helmed by Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee and Zoya Akhtar.

In the recent past, there had been rumours that Sonam would play Anil's daughter in the Indian version of 24, but it later on turned out to be a hoax.
