A special court in Hyderabad on Monday extended till June 17 the judicial remand of Kadapa MP and YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and other accused including former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana Rao, industrialist Nimmagadda Prasada and senior bureaucrat K V Brahmananda Reddy, who are lodged in Chanchalaguda jail were produced before the CBI court through video-conferencing.
In a related development, the court also extended the judicial remand of former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy in the OMC case and Srinivas Reddy, D Rajagopal, Sunil Reddy and others in different cases of the OMC and EMMAR to June 17.
